Edward “Ned” Alexander Krahl, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 12, 2013 in Minneapolis. Born in Akron, Ohio on March 26, 1959, Ned grew up in Superior, Wisconsin and , after college, settled in Minneapolis. The recipient of a B.A and two Masters Degrees, Ned worked for many years at Lifetouch. He was passionate about his family, friends, volunteer work, pottery, music, sports, and, as his friends and neighbors knew, his “chiminea”. He will be missed deeply by his family, friends, and co-workers.

Ned was preceded in death by his father, Enzo. He is survived by his mother, Anne; sister, Kate; brother-in-law, Thom Thacker; nieces, Emma and Nina Thacker; and companion, Anne Bogle. A memorial service will be planned in the future. Memorials may be sent to the St. Paul JCC, 1375 St. Paul Ave., St. Paul, MN 55116.
